The Procter & Gamble plant in Blois, Loir-et-Cher, is one of the largest shampoo production sites in the group, producing over 2 million bottles daily. YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G'S SUCCESS

As a Process Engineer, you will work in the operations department, either in making or packing. You will propose improvement actions (mostly technical) to ensure evolution and optimization of existing processes. You will manage technical indicators of production to deliver improvements in cost, time, etc., and coach technicians on a daily basis. You will benefit from a comprehensive training program to develop your talents.

MISSIONS

Continuous & daily improvement of production conditions: defect analysis, downtime reduction, production optimization
Start-up and validation of new formats or production recipes and new installations
Validation of technological choices and definition of maintenance plans
Development of team skills through problem-solving tools

Job Qualifications

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

An engineering degree or university Master’s in industrial/process/chemical engineering or mechanical/automation
Good knowledge of French, English, and Microsoft Office
Ability to work cohesively and efficiently within a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
