Job Purpose

Stage en conception mécanique appliquée à l’IA au sein du service Global Product Engineering. L’objectif principal est de réduire les temps de développement d’un composant hydraulique d’injecteur PFi grâce à la structuration de données et à la création d’un outil de conception assistée par machine learning. Le stagiaire travaillera en collaboration avec les équipes design composants et software.

Intitulé du poste : Stage – Conception Mécanique assistée par IA

Lieu : Centre Technique de Blois

Durée : 4 à 6 mois – Début 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Réduire le nombre d’itérations entre les phases de définition et de mise en production.
  • Structurer une base de données technique dédiée au composant.
  • Élaborer un nouvel outil de conception mécanique intégrant des approches de machine learning.
  • Prendre en compte les spécifications et contraintes de design existantes.

Responsabilités principales

  • Intégrer les données numériques existantes pour accélérer les temps de développement du composant hydraulique.
  • Développer une approche de conception guidée par IA pour améliorer l’efficacité et la précision des phases de design.
  • Participer aux échanges techniques avec les équipes de développement produit et les experts IA.

Profil recherché

  • Élève ingénieur (3ᵉ à 5ᵉ année).
  • Qualités : autonomie, rigueur, curiosité, esprit de synthèse.
  • Mécanique des fluides, Concepts IA‑Machine Learning et gestion de bases de données.
  • Pack Office, Matlab, Python.
